1. Who we are
This website, pigeonsmission.com, is operated by Glowing Cheetah Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Miami, FL. Pigeon’s Mission is our game. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. Using the site
You may browse, share links, and download press materials for coverage of the game. You may not scrape the site, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. Archie has enough problems.
3. Our content
Pigeon’s Mission, Archie Airborne, Crazy Guy, the artwork, music, pixel art, logos, Logan’s sketches and everything else on this site belong to Glowing Cheetah Studios. Press assets in the Press section are free to use in articles, videos and reviews about the game. Everything else needs our written permission first.
4. Buying the game
Purchases happen on Steam and, when available, the Apple App Store and Google Play. Their terms, prices and refund policies apply to those purchases, not ours.
5. Other people’s links
We link to YouTube, Steam, Kickstarter and social platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what happens there.
6. No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
